The location of this place was great, very close to everything, next to a local market; the guest room had comfortable beds and pillows which made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was excellent and not too far from the beach and the town of Alicante, which is very pleasant. The air conditioning worked well.

As this is a big international business hotel, we thought it would be advisable for at least some of the staff to speak good English. There were guests of all nationalities staying there, but the Swedish, Dutch, etc, usually speak English and we heard some of them struggling to make themselves understood, as we did.

I had a queen room and it was silent with 1 short shower, bedroom plus comfy bed.

The service here was great, and it provided good value for what was needed.

The location was incredible and brilliant for walking around Santa Barbara Castle.

The hotel is spotless, nestled in the very comfortable building with attentive staff. The venue is placed in a central position in front of the market. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was different.

The location of this place is amazing with plenty of restaurants and bars in close proximity.

Fantastic location in Alicante. Close to shops, cafes, bars etc. Near to the castle and a short walk from beach. Exceptionally clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were great, especially recption staff. Excellent breakfasts that were given to us free of charge because of an initial problem with our room and facilities not being as advertised on the internet or on the information card in the room. Throughly enjoyed our stay though, despite hotel being geared for the business traveller not the tourist.

We expected to have access to a coffee bar and restaurant everyday/evening however the restaurant was not open on Saturday and Sunday, this meant that on our arrival day (Saturday) we had to go out to eat when all we wanted to do was be lazy!! There was a bar/cafe area in the main hotel foyer, however because this wasn't open until 7pm on weekdays and closed at the weekend it made the hotel feel as though it was lacking in atmosphere. It also meant that you couldn't get a cup of coffee (there were no coffee making facilities in the rooms) while we were in the hotel.

The location was amazing, next to a running market. the staff was superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating and helped us find bars and restaurants which were located within walking distance. - We had a guest room with all the necessities.

Very special stay on a business trip. Spotless, hip new hotel with very helpful and excellent staff. Excellent location to get to a central market and a theater located near the property. The hotel in front of restaurants and bars.

So glad we chose it, spent 3 amazing days here. The staff was excellent, efficient, and everything was perfect.- The location was excellent and incredible, if you need to be near a central market and a theatre.

Location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from main shopping area and to the beach.The hotel staff very pleasant and helpful,everywhere in the hotel was very clean,my room was really comfortable,that includes the bed.Would definitely recommend the Eurostar Lucentum to anyone going to Alicante.I Hope to stay there again soon!!

Very modern, clean, all comforts: very good value for money. The location is perfect for both visiting Alicante city and to go to the San Juan beach, which is reacheable by public transport (tram) in about 20-30 minutes, the tram stop being a few meters away from the hotel. A very nice stay!

This place boasts a fantastic location close to a bustling market, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.

Location was excellent, central to all areas of interest. Airport bus stopped outside of hotel making transfers from the airport easy and cheap. Variety of breakfast items excellent with something to suit everyone. Excellent for money and definitely 4 star.
